I can’t believe how quickly the summer is going! Just the other day we were talking about when we can take a long weekend to go to our favorite camping spot. I couldn’t believe that we have almost every weekend booked up from now until Labor Day! Did you hear me?! Labor Day! As in the unofficial end of summer! How did that happen? I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels like my summer slips away so fast. I have already started to see advertisements for back-to-school stuff. And the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is already here. Fall shopping anyone?
The last two weeks have been a little crazy for us. Marc’s parents came to visit and we had a wonderful time showing them around Denver. We took them to some of our favorite restaurants in Denver. I plan on writing a post about our favorite spots soon so stay tuned for that. We spent some time with my family and I hope they weren’t too overwhelmed by the craziness than be.
White Scalloped Tank + Boyfriend Jeans
Who doesn’t love a classic white tank and jeans? However I always seem to have a problem with is finding a white top that isn’t see through. I may be guilty of wearing a bright red bra under my white baby tee in the 90’s, but that was also when it was cool to wear a velour track suit with “Juicy” across the butt. Hey, not judging. All I’m saying is that as I get older, the less I want the attention to go straight to my bra and butt.
I am totally into the scalloped trend this summer. This scalloped white tank is so cute and it’s not see through! So naturally, it was definitely going into my shopping bag. I just saw that it is on sale right now for under $30 with the prom code HEATWAVE. I’m considering buying both the blue and black!
I have been living in these boyfriend jeans lately. I love that they go with anything and they are seriously the most comfortable jeans I own. My sandals may have been a spurge but I have no regrets. They are my go-to all summer long.
