As a nurse,

I spend a lot of time in scrubs.  I enjoy getting dressed on the weekends, even if it means getting dressed just to pick out chicken breasts at the grocery store.  Clothes shopping has always been enjoyable for me despite having a hard time finding clothes to fit my abnormally long limbs.   Feeling pretty makes me happy and this emerald lace top makes me feel pretty.  There is just something about light, flowy fabrics that feel fancy and beautiful. This emerald-green color is beautiful and I adore the cute lace across the top.  The emerald-green color is a great complement to my red hair (in my opinion, haha), however, it does come in several other colors.

I might have mentioned previously, I live in boots during the fall and winter months.  Yes, I do enjoy slipping on a fun pair of sandals during the summer, but boots are my go to once the weather gets cool enough and it socially acceptable (and sometimes I don’t even wait for that!).  These boots are another one of my purchases from the Nordstrom  Anniversary Sale and are now sold out.  I have found them available here.

I can’t get enough of the tassel trend and it was love at first sight when I saw these earrings.  They are surprisingly light weight for how large they are.  Unfortunately, these are sold out but I have added two similar styles here and here.

I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend.  We didn’t have much planned.  Just stayed home and did some house work.  We were able to take our dirt bikes out for what was probably the last ride of the season.  The weather has still not shown any signs of snow, making it great to be outside but terrible for the upcoming ski season.  I think we will have to start doing a snow dance soon and keep our fingers crossed!    Have a great Monday everyone!
