Keep Warm with Fleece for Spring

I bought this asymmetrical snap fleece a while back and just love the versatility of it. It was a must have all winter long and its great for layering on snowy days. I definitely plan on keeping it on hand for the spring and even cool nights in summer. It’s the perfect fleece for spring! The front kangaroo pocket is ideal for keeping my hands warm since they always seem to be cold… maybe that’s just a nurse thing. Haha! It comes in 6 different colors and is under $70!

Sweaters, sweatshirts and hoodies are pretty much a staple for me year round. Because you can’t really predict the weather here, I always have a long sleeve option on hand. I just love lighter long sleeve tops or open back sweaters for warm days but cool nights.

Colorado’s Spring Weather…

Colorado is notorious for having 60-70º days followed by snow the next during the spring. Yesterday was seriously 80º and there is snow forecasted for the next 3 days! WTF Colorado! If you plan on visiting Colorado during this time of the year, a word of advice on packing…pack it all! I mean pack sweaters, boots and hats along with t-shirts and sandals. While the rest of the country seems to be enjoying brunch on the patio, here in Colorado, we will just have to wait a little longer. It might sound like complaining, but trust me, I’m not. 🙂

High School Throw-Back… But WAY Better

I have to say that this is one of the first purchases from Abercrombie & Fitch I have made since high school. Raise your hand if you used to shop here back in the day? Seriously… don’t lie! I hadn’t given Abercrombie and Fitch a second look in the years since then but they have completely changed their image and style and they are killing it! I remember shopping there as a teen and would have never thought that as someone in their thirties would be shopping there again.

This post isn’t sponsored in any way, but I wanted to say how much I am loving their stuff right now! A few other of my favorite items to keep warm this spring from there are this waffle hoodie, this white open knit sweater, and this hooded trench coat that is only $64! If you haven’t already, you should seriously check them out again. You can thank me later.

xoxo,

Kate- A Copper Queen
