Neutrals for Winter

I have been waiting for some colder weather to post this outfit from our ski vacation to Steamboat.  However, it is looking like that is not happening any time soon.  So, I am posting this out of spite and in hopes that we will get even just a little more snow.  Usually March is the snowiest month here.   I feel like we got jipped on winter this year.  I’m not ready to pack away all my sweaters and boots yet!

Enough with all the whining about the lack of snow, lets talk about this outfit.  First off, the boots are the best for the wet, sloppy snow in the winter.   Sorel has really stepped it up over that past few years and has some super cute and practical boots for winter.  This sweater is one of my most favorite sweaters this season.  I’m totally into long  tunic sweaters that I can wear over a comfy pair of leggings.  And I’m not usually a hat person but beanies are an exception.   When it’s cold out, a cute beanie warms me right up.  Plus, I don’t have to do my hair!  It’s a fun accessory to add to my winter outfit 🙂

On another note, is daylight savings kicking anyone else’s butt?  It might be because I caught a little bug, probably from the plane, but I have been so exhausted over the last few days.  Every year I think I say the same thing but I find it crazy that one hour has such an effect on me.  Anyone else feel this too?
